For machinery, equipment, or high-value coffee orders, we offer free shipping within Hue City, subject to the company's applicable conditions.
For orders outside Hue City, our staff will contact the customer to provide information about the applicable shipping fee and agree on the delivery cost before the order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Delays
In the event that delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, flooding, severe weather, or other transportation-related issues, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery time.
